This month's featured location is Eterna City in the Sinnoh region! This city appeared in the Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum games.
Why is this city so important?
Well, there are a few interesting places here.
For example, Eterna City hosts the Eterna gym, whose leader, Gardenia, specializes in grass-types (I admit to partial bias for choosing this city, grass-types are my favorite). Here, the Forest Badge can be earned - the second badge in the games.
On a tall hill in the eastern area, you can see an ancient statue depicting a combination of Dialga and Palkia. The inscription reads as follows:

The giver of time...
In laughter there is tears...
And likewise, it is with time.
The same time flows on.
For it is the blessing of DIALGA.
The birth of PALKIA.
The creator of parallel dimensions...

The Galactic Eterna Building is also located here. Those trainers who want to kick some Team Galactic butt: this is the place for you. Have fun trashing their headquarters!
Minor locations include the Eterna Condominiums, where the Name Rater is located and where both a TM and a Pokemon trade is found; the Herb shop, where certain medicines can be bought for a low price; and the Bicycle Shop, which doesn't play such a big role in the main story line but this is where you receive your Bicycle.
Eterna City's south exit also leads to the Cycling Road, which helps to hatch eggs and also has a lot of trainers.
